The Local Government Unit of Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte, headed by Honorable Mayor Evan Hope “Boyet” Olvis, conducted it’s first Community Outreach Program Service Caravan of the year 2023 last January 25, 2023 at barangay De Venta Perla, Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte.
