In the spirit of strengthening families and supporting the social fabric of our community, we have featured numerous couples since 2016 who embody love, unity, and hope. This year’s Kasalan ng Bayan celebrated the union of thirty couples. The event is designed to provide free marriage services, from wedding rings to food, as a form of help and assistance to our fellow Polancohanons, ensuring that couples who may face financial barriers to formalizing their union can do so with dignity and without financial burden.

The success of Kasalan ng Bayan was made possible through the collective effort of the entire community and the Local Government Unit of Polanco, in collaboration with the Civil Registrar’s Office and the Local Tourism Unit. On the afternoon of February 14, 2025, couples exchanged vows, making a heartfelt promise to each other, facilitated by our Municipal Mayor, Hon. Evan Hope Olvis, alongside the Sangguniang Bayan members, heads of offices, and other esteemed guests who witnessed their union.

Kasalan ng Bayan 2025 became a powerful inspiration for the entire town. It proved that despite life’s struggles and challenges, love and unity have the strength to triumph. For the couples embarking on their journey as married partners, this mass wedding was a beacon of hope and a brighter future. As the event came to a close, the newlyweds walked toward their shared life, full of hope and dreams. Kasalan ng Bayan 2025 was a vibrant celebration of love, unity, and the limitless opportunities ahead for each couple. As they embarked on their new lives, they carried with them the unwavering support of the community and the invaluable lessons learned from this heartfelt celebration of true love and friendship.
